Private sale of a Miele B 895 D rotary steam ironer, purchased new by the present owner in November 2007 for €1,129.57.
The machine is fully operational and remains in excellent working order. It has seen only light domestic use, mainly for bed linen, tea towels and the occasional piece of fabric before sewing.
It has not been used for routine ironing of shirts or everyday clothing. In recent years it has seen very little use, which helps explain its unusually clean and well-preserved condition.
The steam function works correctly and may be demonstrated, although it has rarely been required in normal household use.
Collection only: near Geneva, France.
The ironer has been owned from new by the present owner and used only in a private household.
The original feed board is no longer fitted. The machine has nevertheless been used successfully for many years without it, as shown in the demonstration video. The missing feed board does not prevent normal use of the ironer.
The roller and cover are clean and in good usable condition. The ironer produces excellent results.
The following short video shows the machine operating and being used for household linen.
Location: France, near Geneva
